Make-up Colors for Morena Beauties

Morena is a term for a female who have tan-colored skin, or with a deeper tone. If you have deep toned skin, or morena skin, it’s hard to find make-up color that will compliment with the complexion. However, contrary to what many may think, almost all colors look good on dark skin. Because the skin has a deeper tone, it usually can get away with more colors. Though there are some colors that look dull or flat on dark skin. 

Here are some tips to enhance your morena beauty:

·         Picking the right foundation color

--- Always pick the color that EXACTLY matches your skin tone. I intentionally capitalized all the letters on the word “exactly” because it’s how it always should be. Picking wrong foundation color will ruin it all. Picking a lighter shade of foundation, just to make you look a bit whiter is a big no, no! Don’t mess around and be like a clown.

·         Picking the right eyeshadow color

---No light colors please! Best to compliment your skin are deep-color shades, like deep brown, deep blue, deep shade of purple, etc… but no reds or magenta colors! Shimmer shadows in any color will do. Don’t forget the mascara!

·         Go for shimmer on your cheeks!

---For the cheeks, it’s really best to use bronze colors or gold as it enhances your tan skin! But I think, any blush color will compliment morena skin.

·         For the lips

---Classic red is perfectly fine. Terra cotas, plum-shade colors are also good. Light pink-browns are also fine. Nude color shades of lipstick are perfect!

Be proud of your deep-colored skin! Some people have to spend money just to get that tanned skin tone. And all you have to do is to enhance it and make it glow!
